Senior Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Chicago, IL)

Stonegate Cobalt Medical Group is looking for a Senior Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including clinical evaluations, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
