Senior Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Birmingham, AL)

Westbrook Yarrow Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Birmingham, and we need a Senior Customer Support Representative to lead our phone and chat support. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including fleet maintenance, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
