Senior Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Baltimore, MD)

Bluepeak River Financial is looking for a Senior Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 131 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including account servicing, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
