Senior Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Austin, TX)

Summit Wren Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including field inspections, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
