Senior Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Bright Thistle Property Management and adding a Senior Customer Support Representative whose main responsibility will be phone and chat support. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including unit turnovers, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
