Senior Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Wichita, KS)

Silverline Loom Property Management is looking for a Senior Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including vendor invoices, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
