Senior Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Virginia Beach, VA)

Summit Linden Facilities looks after properties across the Virginia Beach region. We are hiring a Senior Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including customer sites, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
