Senior Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Tucson, AZ)

Silverline Keystone Legal Group provides legal services in Tucson across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Senior Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including client files, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
