Senior Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Tampa, FL)

Fernwood Meridian Foods Group is a Tampa food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Senior Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 149 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including production batches, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
