Senior Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (St. Louis, MO)

Clearpath Yarrow Inspection Services is an inspection company in St. Louis with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Senior Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including test reports, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
