Senior Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Drift Facilities and adding a Senior Customer Support Representative whose main responsibility will be new-customer onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 140 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including customer sites, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
