Senior Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (San Diego, CA)

Summit Haven Financial is looking for a Senior Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 164 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including loan applications, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
