Senior Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (San Antonio, TX)

Amberfield Drift Hospitality Group is looking for a Senior Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for housekeeping schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including housekeeping schedules, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
