Senior Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (remote)

Northwind Linden Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Omaha presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Senior Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including school partnerships, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
