Senior Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (remote)

Highbridge Meadow Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Cleveland, and we need a Senior Customer Support Representative to lead our new-customer onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including clinical evaluations, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
