Senior Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (remote)

Nova Kestrel Auto Group is looking for a Senior Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 354 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including supplier deliveries, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
