Senior Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (remote)

Bluepeak Cross Legal Group is a Hartford practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Senior Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including document review, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
