Senior Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (remote)

Silverline Corner Insurance is looking for a Senior Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including underwriting files, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
