Senior Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (remote)

Nova Ashton Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including test reports, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
