Senior Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (remote)

Stonegate Cobalt Auto Group is looking for a Senior Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including customer estimates, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
