Senior Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (remote)

Highbridge Maple Property Management looks after rental homes across the Austin area, and we need a Senior Customer Support Representative to lead our new-customer onboarding. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including resident events, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
