Senior Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Bright Meadow Markets Group and adding a Senior Customer Support Representative whose main responsibility will be new-customer onboarding. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including online orders, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with online orders. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
