Senior Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Portland, OR)

Bluepeak Pine Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Portland, and we need a Senior Customer Support Representative to lead our new-customer onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 490 people based in Portland. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including customer estimates, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
