Senior Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Minneapolis, MN)

Rivermark Loom Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Minneapolis. We are hiring a Senior Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 98 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including regulatory submissions, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
