Senior Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Miami, FL)

Stonegate Willow Markets serves neighbourhoods around Miami with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Senior Customer Support Representative to lead our new-customer onboarding. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including shrink and waste, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
