Senior Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Las Vegas, NV)

Lumen Ivory Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Las Vegas, and we need a Senior Customer Support Representative to lead our new-customer onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including customer tracking, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with customer tracking. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
