Senior Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Kansas City, MO)

Westbrook Drift Legal Group provides legal services in Kansas City across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Senior Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including document review, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
