Senior Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Kansas City, MO)

Silverline Cedar Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 862 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including production batches, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
