Senior Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Jacksonville, FL)

Bluepeak Wilder Financial is looking for a Senior Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 555 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including customer onboarding, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
