Senior Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Jackson, MS)

Highbridge Granite Press Associates prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Jackson plant. We are hiring a Senior Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including paper stock, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with paper stock. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
