Senior Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Grand Rapids, MI)

Bluepeak Rook Press produces print and digital publications in Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Customer Support Representative to lead our new-customer onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including customer orders, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
