Senior Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Quarry Facilities and adding a Senior Customer Support Representative whose main responsibility will be new-customer onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 413 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including safety inspections, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
