Senior Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Fort Worth, TX)

Foxglove Orchard Legal Group is a Fort Worth practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Senior Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including document review, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
