Senior Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Fort Worth, TX)

Northwind Basin Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Fort Worth serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including branch operations, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
