Senior Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (El Paso, TX)

Stonegate Haven Insurance is an insurance company in El Paso with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including premium billing, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
