Senior Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Colorado Springs, CO)

Northwind Quarry Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Colorado Springs serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Customer Support Representative to lead our new-customer onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 473 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including card disputes, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
