Senior Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Cleveland, OH)

Stonegate Summit Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including customer complaints, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
