Senior Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Cincinnati, OH)

Westbrook Keystone Civic Services works with county and city offices around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Senior Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including public records, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
