Senior Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Cincinnati, OH)

Bright Maple Markets serves neighbourhoods around Cincinnati with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Senior Customer Support Representative to lead our new-customer onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including store inventory, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
