Senior Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Boise, ID)

Rivermark Ashton Facilities is looking for a Senior Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Boise. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including cleaning schedules, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
