Senior Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Boise, ID)

Northwind West Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Boise. We are hiring a Senior Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 778 people based in Boise. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including service connections, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
