Senior Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Baltimore, MD)

Foxglove Wren Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Baltimore with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 669 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including landfill records, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
