Senior Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Austin, TX)

Amberfield Bridge Energy is looking for a Senior Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 410 people based in Austin. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including outage response, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
