Senior Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Austin, TX)

Highbridge Meadow Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Austin plant. We are hiring a Senior Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including scrap and rework, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
