Senior Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Anchorage, AK)

Redstone Keystone Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Anchorage with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including weigh tickets, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
