Senior Customer Support Representative - escalations (Tucson, AZ)

Nova Glen Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Customer Support Representative to take on escalations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including account openings, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
