Senior Customer Support Representative - escalations (remote)

Foxglove River Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Columbus with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Senior Customer Support Representative to lead our escalations. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including store inventory, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
