Senior Customer Support Representative - escalations (Oklahoma City, OK)

Northwind Umber Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Oklahoma City area. We are hiring a Senior Customer Support Representative to take on escalations. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including supplier orders, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
