Senior Customer Support Representative - escalations (Milwaukee, WI)

Stonegate West Arts Center Group is looking for a Senior Customer Support Representative. The job centres on escalations for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including visitor services, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
