Senior Customer Support Representative - escalations (Kansas City, MO)

Westbrook River Financial Group is a financial-services company in Kansas City, and we need a Senior Customer Support Representative to lead our escalations. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including customer onboarding, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
